Leave and Absence
Leave is granted on prior written application from parents. If absence is unavoidable on account of illness or any other serious reasons, a letter of explanation must invariably be sent to the Principal or brought along on returning to the school. Is case of absence due to any contagious or a serious illness, a certificate of fitness frim the doctor who attended the patient has to be produced.
No student will be allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours, unless he or she obtains permission from the Principal and Class Teacher.
Withdrawal
A minimum of fifteen days' notice in writing must be given by parents before the child is withdrawn for any reason, otherwise one month school fee in liue of such notice will be charged before a Transfer Certificate is issued.
The Principle has the right to refuse the continuation of studies to any pupil whose conduct is unsatisfactory. Ireegular attendace, habitualidleness, gross negligence in studies and contagious diesases will be considered as sufficient cause for dismissal.
Parent School Relationship
1. It is the duty of the parents to see that their children come to the school, clean, neatly dressed, shoes polished and in time for class.
2. Parents are particularly requested to sign report cards or similar documents when issued. Failure to do so may put their children to inconvenience.
3. Remarks from the Principle and Teachers are made in the school dairy. Parents are requested to keep a check on them and sign them as a proof of having read them.
4. Parents are requested to send their co-workers, servants to come to school only on the appointed time. They are requested to remain ar the entrance to leave or to receive their children.
5. Those parents who come to pay school fees are requested NOT to interview the teachers. In special cases permission should be obtained from the Principle.
6. The children should reach the school at least 5 minutes before the assembly and they should be picked up within 15 minutes after the class.
7. Parents should ensure that the school fees of their children are paid regualarly failing which their names may be struck off the roles or they may be debarred from appearing the examinations or their results may be withheld.
